We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Once you place your order, your jewellery will arrive within 7-10 working days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby we are unable to deliver within our usual delivery time (7-10 Working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund. It is very rare that your order will be delayed, but if it is delayed by EMS, we can’t resend your parcel or refund you until 30 days from your original order date. This time period is specified by EMS themselves. You can of course get a full refund for a delayed order simply by posting it back to us after it arrives. If your order goes missing in the post we will of course either resend the goods or offer you a full refund. SHIPPING CHARGE: US$16.00 (Out of Hong Kong) Parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local mail collection depot. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. The transaction is taken in US Dollars but you are able to see a specific currency conversion in Paypal transaction. GIFTS AND PACKAGING Each beautiful piece of Anne Claire jewellery will be delivered in its own gift box wrapping by ribbons. Original Anne Claire products will come with a square card inside the box with purchase date chopped. Please note when you have your chosen items delivered as a gift to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice will be forwarded to the billing address.
