Return Policy

If the jewellery you receive is not to your satisfaction you may return or exchange it, and we will refund or send you an alternative piece. 

Anne Claire wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the Customer. Anne Claire will refund the entire cost of the item(s) that are returned by the Customer not worn, not used and not damaged and accompanied by the relevant Returns Authorisation (RA) number.

Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please obtain your Returns Authorisation (RA) number; see below for details.

A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be requested from the Anne Claire office within 7 days of delivery. Please allow us 3 working days to respond to you.

Postage for returns is free of charge within Hong Kong only.

RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at order@anneclaire.org Once you have received your RA number, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.

We request that all goods are returned within 10 days of issuing your RA number. You are not able to return items that have been worn.

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Anne Claire and can only be exchanged for a credit on other items from the site.

Anne Claire will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged in anyway. We will not take responsibility for items damaged during transit. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been damaged, customers should notify us (by email) on the same day if they wish to return it.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Hong Kong.

The refunds will be issued in the same form that was used for payment.

PROCEDURE

In order to assist the return of your items you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at order@anneclaire.org within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please complete the Returns Form you will receive via email and enclose with the item(s) to be returned.

All returns from any particular order must to be returned to us in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you.

All items must be not be worn and must be in their original condition.

Please place items in their original Anne Claire packaging and make sure the padded envelope is completely and securely sealed.

All the delivery expenses for the return of the item(s) shall be borne by the Customer: each and any cost borne by the Customer for the return is not refundable.

Anne Claire recommends using a courier service for the return of the Product(s) in order to allow the tracking of the shipment. Anne Claire will not be held responsible for the refund or the compensation of those Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.

FAULTY GOODS

If an item of jewellery purchased from Anne Claire shows a fault you must obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing us at order@anneclaire.org and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any damage deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We at Anne Claire strive to produce high quality jewellery and will do our best to help with any damage caused. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

It may be possible for us to repair items that have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice.

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s paypal email account excluding shipping charges.

As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside Hong Kong.

Once the refund has been completed Anne Claire will send a confirmation e-mail.

Alternatively, you can request a Anne Claire credit to be used against future purchases at www.anneclaire.org

Once issued, credit notes are valid for 3 months.

EXCHANGE INFORMATION

If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item please let us know by mailing us at order@anneclaire.org for advice on a more suitable item. Alternatively, to secure your chosen exchange you can make your purchase online and we will refund your original item when it is returned to us.

Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales (7 days) are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales (7 days) will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a credit against other items.

You will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
